payed for adobe creative cloud a few days ago but still cant download any of my products

Im a student and im going to need almost all of the products adobe creative cloud overs for next year.
so i payed the 19,66 euros for my abonement a few days ago, but im still unable to download any of my products. where the instal option should be its still telling me to bay the products instead.

How do i fix this???

the adobe website is not giving me any solutions

Download and Install the Creative Cloud Desktop App this way:
  1. Go to adobe.com and sign in (Instructions).
  2. Select Desktop Downloads.
  3. Scroll down to locate Creative Cloud and select Download.
  4. Enter the required information and select Continue.
  5. Wait while Adobe Installer downloads the necessary files and installs them on your PC.
