Paying twice a month

Hello,

I withdraw 2 (two) times each month from my credit card account. 1 (one) invoice is sent each month.

Last year my e-mail address was different. I change it. Is this my e-mail address this year? They're always withdrawing at 13 and 31 every month.

Therefore we could not withdraw money constantly, Manage your account e-mail comes. I'm writing an answer. I'm updating payment information. Nevertheless, they withdraw 2 (two) times each month.

The e-mails I wrote are useless. So I don't want to pay anymore. I lowered the credit card limit. I won't pay until I get the right answer.

If you made a new account for the changed email address, you are paying for two plans. You need to login to each one to check the status.
