Payment for nothing out of day

Hello today i write with support and they cancelled doubled subscritionfor one day. But in my bank account is pay for adobe 59,99 from day 4.5.2020

Me and my boyfriend on same credit card dont have this day like pay day, and we dont have facture ( paper about pay) from this day.

I have only 2 emails with this credit card and billing information 

My friend si paying 35,99  10 th day  in month

Me 59,99  23th day in month

But from 4.5.2020 i have payment from ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUDS for 59,99
