I pay monthly for adobe creative cloud and this is my second month, I have been charged but I am not able to access it. this shows up (We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser.)

Every time you'll submit your payment info ,a test is made for 1$ ( it's not charged but just a test ).Try to check what is the issue with your credit card before doing that .
