So, I bought a subscription for access to all the apps on Adobe for 19.99 per month (Since I'm a Student). And when I bought it, I was charged but I still wasn't able to access the apps and I am still charged, can someone help me with this?

Yes, as shown, the payment was successful, but I can't update The product is still free and asks me to pay again
