Payment issues - amount is gone from bank but no acces anymore
Hi all,
Since two months I can no longer acces the products. However the amount is still montly debetied from my bank account!!!
Yesterday I had a live chat with customer service for more then an hour but the issue is not solved.
I've re-enterd the information several times with no luck. I've even tried it with a different card... didn't work. Deleted history, coockies, used different browser.... no luck!
Does anyone know how to solve this? Or know where I can contact someone who can help me?
I need to get a job done so its very frustrating!
