Payment plan, payment

Hey there, i checked my payment plans and realized that my old one is still valid till 2021, but im paying another expensive one.  Why cant i use the old one? And when i try to change my plan, it warns me about i need to contact with support team and when i contact via chat it directs me to same payment page. It goes on like a loop what should i do??
