Payment problem and worst customer service ever

I tried to enter to my account then I realized my credit card expired. I changed it but for two days ı can't use my adobe apps. I tried to solve the problem via customer support nobody answered !!

You can easily update your credit card number in your account. No need to talk to anyone.

Log into your account > manage account > manage plan > manage payment. I suppose it might take a day or so before it's updated.
