Paypal payment pending - no information at all

Hi,
It would be my first time to buy on paypal the creative cloud. I was planning it to do it continuously. I have no credit card, so I made an paypal account. it is pending already for 3 days.
I have just found here , it can take an other 7 days...
Are you serious?  Will it stay all the time like this? How does this work?
No explanation, no e-mail about my order, no information how and what...
Seems sad and ridiculous.
I even can not find any place to contact a "real person".. Is this normal?
I'm pretty much disappointed.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

As far as the payment processors are concerned, only Adobe and Paypal can answer those questions as it has to do with their own agreements about timeframes for turnaround on the verification. Adobe does have contact options available here and since you are purchasing you can typically just contact sales for support: https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html .
