Dear friends,

Several years ago I purchased Photoshop CS6 Extended on a CD. Have had my PC crash and have to reinstall all my needed programs, For some reason Adobe needs me to activate the installation, and I do so, including all the needed details including the Serial number and my account in Adobe.

The problem is, that having done all the steps I get an error message and PS CS6 still needs to be "activated" and I don't know what to do. I have 7 days to activate it so I hope someone can help me out.

Bes regards,

Carla

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
