Adobe no longer supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Please check your system that you're enabled the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol.

For more infos take a look here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html#faq

If you're using Win 7 please upgrade your OS and install the MS Easy Fix.

Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows (microsoft.com)

Also upgrade your browsers to enable TLS 1.2 connections.

If this doesn't help give us more informations including the following :

  • Adobe product and version number
  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
  • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020

Windows 10

No error messages - I bought the English version and had it changed to the Dutch version - worked fine - but bought a new laptop and wanted to re-install but both the English or Dutch serial number is not accepted

I was trying to re-install the software on a new laptop

I just need Adobe to help me re-install the PE2020 that I bought in 2019

Which Windows 10 version (Build) do you exactly use?

Do you logged in to your computer as an Admintrator or as an user with Admin rights during you try the installation?

Try to start the installation with the option "run as an administrator"

How to run apps as administrator on Windows 10 | Windows Central

Please try to deactivate all protection software like virus scanner, internet security adaware protect and so on during the installation.

Create a temporarly user account with admin rights and try the installation with this user.

Please check the windowes event log if ther are any entries about PSE .
