Pending payment for weeks?

Hi,

I bought a package in November and it's still pending.

I tried to email the suggested customer service email:(email removed by mod.. )but apparently they only accept emails from have an exclusive list. (which defeats the purpose of customer service). I then spoke to the online customer service of adobe and they said they rejected it and I have to contact paypal  which I did and they never got back to me.

How do I get rid of it?
