Permanently delete ALL files in cloud

Hi guys
So, today I have run out of space of my 100GB in the CC file storage. I therefore made a huge clean, deleting tons of macro and micro files.
Awesome.
Nonetheless, after you delete all these files, in order to "really" free your space you need to permanently delete them.
Awesome again.
I go to the "deleted folder" but it seems I can't "select all" files.
I even read the Adobe Help page, and they just write to select the files you want to permanently delete.
Now, I have about 8000 files to select...
Any solution?
Many thanks

Select the first file in the list by clicking on the check box. then scroll to the last file in the list. Hold the shift button and select the last file. All files inbetween will get checked. Then hit delete permenently. Done. All files are gone.

Select one file, and use the "End or Page Down" keys on your keyboard to travel towards the end of the list. It's going to keep loading more, so just select a good chunk of files to test out your bandwidth. Since you have thousands of items, you'll have select ~100-200 files each time, othewise your browser will crash due to having "not enough memory."

Remember, your browser might freeze a few times after selecting, prior to showing the [Permanently Delete] confirmation dialoge. Just be patient. Give yourself at least an hour to have a coffee and do this on the side while you're watching or reading something. It's long, and grueling.

Just for reference, I had about 10gb from over 1,500 files in my deleted folder, and it took me roughly 30 min to achieve this. I have 16gb of RAM, Gigabit Ethernet, and a 9900K processor. I will never use creative cloud due to this reason, and also the fact that their "cloud" storage isn't cloud at all. It takes up local space on all machines.

Good luck!

In the first step, I forgot to mention, after you select one file, and travel down a few pages, hold the "Shift" key on your keyboard and select another file. You'll see the browser will select all the files between the first file you selected, and the last file.

yes, but half the time the website crashes, or it won't load ALL the files (if you have hundreds or thousands). adobe creative cloud storage is awful. its terrible. there's no excuse for it to be this bad when dropbox, office 365, etc exit and are actually usuable.

Get a small backup server for yourself to back up your data to secure a physical location like an external drive.

You could easily get an HDD or an SSD to backup your data.

Then clean your data from the cloud storage.

I hope this helps!

Hi Nancy, thanks for your answwer, but it does not solve my question.

I already know the procedure to delete files, what I'm asking here is how to delete ALL files at once, as I have thausands of them.
