Permissions on Adobe CC software to Change Icons

I love the recent changes that have come out in the CC suite except for one: the icons. They are tiny, hard to see, and don't use the colors I've come to associate with Adobe software (green for Dreamweaver, for example). I have other icons to use, but when I go to the .exe files they all seem to be locked in Trusted Installer mode. How can I change this and take control over them without messing them up?

As for the change in icon colors, this was intentional and part of Adobe's branding change:

For the TrustedInstaller thing, this is usually a part of Windows. You can temporarily deactivate it:
