Perpetual Acrobat XI Pro licence - Require an activation count reset

Question

Hi

I own a perpetual Acrobat XI Pro licence. My previous machines were decommissioned and formatted and
Acrobat XI does not show Help → Deactivate.
I require a manual activation reset on the serial, apparently this is a known Acrobat XI limitation and I get nowhere on the adobe help chat.

That's not possible. Besides, Acrobat 11 has been End of LIfe since 2017. It's obsolete.

there's no way to reset your activation count other than using a computer with a current activation. ie, if that's impossible, it's impossible to increase your activation count.
