    1. Lost computers = lost activations = end of the road for Creative Suite.

    2. Human support requires you to buy a supported product.

    Acrobat (Standard, Pro or Studio)
    https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pricing/compare-versions.html

Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements (3 year license).

    Creative Cloud Annual Photography plan.
    https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography.html

Creative Cloud Bundles & Single Apps for mobile, web & desktops
    https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

    Good luck.

adobe offers no support for legacy software.  they also no longer can reset activation counts.

with some other changes that means the only way to regain an activation slot is to deactivate using a computer that has a current activation.  if it's impossible to use a computer with a current activation, then it's impossible to regain that slot.

if, however, it is possible to use a computer with a current activation, you must prepare that computer with updated security before deactivating.  here's more info on that, https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/activation-limit-reached-for-non-subscription-adobe-desktop-applications/td-p/14804413?linkId=100000376554410
