Due to troubleshooting I was unable to sign in to creativecloud. An adobe member accessed my laptop remotely to fix the issue. Doing so however, the member deleted all my keychains, data and personal information - I am shocked, disappointed and have lost all my trust with adobe. This is completely unacceptable

your non-adobe keychains were altered?

 

if so, that support person made an error. that is not something i've heard before,  deleting the adobe keychain is what they meant to do.

 

at rhis point can you restore your computer to an earlier set point?  that would fix your keychain problem. it would also (probably) restore the adobe problem, but i can help you with that.
