Phone call contact with Adobe

Just when I thought I have established the link for a phone call contact as all the other options are irrelevant or get me nowhere, I am sent to auto-searches and answers. Why the hell does Adobe not let you continue with establishing a phone (would be better an email) contact for a return call?  Does anyone have a direct line or email to contact Adobe? Why are they so invisible?  I paid my subscription and am told the 'trail period has expired' ; I authorised an on-going purchase deal.  What the hell is Adobe up too? Please pass on my message to Adobe and have them email me at [Personal info removed by Mod]  Thank you Forum.
