Phone Support hung up on me
Just stayed on hold for 1 HOUR. A guy came on and asked me for my email-address, on hold again, then it got hung up.
This is pathetic. I'm a full time editor and your software doesn't work.
Your software keeps on crashing. And there is no solution. I've spent THREE DAYS looking at forums and trying different things. I finally decide to call even though phone support is painful...and this happens.
And how am I supposed to complain? Via phone for one hour again while I twiddle my thumbs?
Beyond annoyed.
