Phone Support hung up on me

Just stayed on hold for 1 HOUR. A guy came on and asked me for my email-address, on hold again, then it got hung up.

This is pathetic. I'm a full time editor and your software doesn't work.

Your software keeps on crashing. And there is no solution. I've spent THREE DAYS looking at forums and trying different things. I finally decide to call even though phone support is painful...and this happens.

And how am I supposed to complain? Via phone for one hour again while I twiddle my thumbs?

Beyond annoyed.

Happened to me twice back to back , I don't have patience enough to keep trying .

I don't think anybody intentionally hung up on you.  More likely you got disconnected.  That sometimes happens when phone traffic is very high.

That said, I think specific product forums and Online Chat are the best places for technical help.   See links below.

And I get that this is a forum where users (non-staff) try to solve problems for each other. So if you want to point that out I already know. I just have no means of contacting Adobe (the chat is also offline).

Sorry about that, but there is no way to give you a solution for that as the agent can’t be identified. In chat you have at least a case number that is returned and attached to your case.
