Photo editing Adobe programs are all running slowly - reinstall?

About the time CC, LR and PS updated 3 weeks ago, the programs started to run very slowly.  I found a note saying Adobe doesn't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling CC.  Should I try reinstalling LR and PS?

I do think CC has a problem as well.  It takes 3 minutes to load instead of the few seconds it used to take.

Any help appreciated!
