Photo shop C53 ?

I am trying to deactivate the product on one computer, and activate on another computer. All the steps I see listed, say to go to the help bar and select deactivate/deactivate, but under the help tab, there is no selection for this step. Has anyone ran into this before, and what might the possible solution be for this ?, I tried to contact tech support and it says my product doesn't have support via phone, I am stumped, could anyone help ?
