I cannot renew my subscription and I do not know what is wrong or what I am doing wrong

Normally, billing and financial matters have to discussed with Adobe. No one here in this forum can help with those issues.

Normally the renewal is done automatically if you don't have cancel the plan, or a sub scription for one year or so.
