    Hi,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

If you are having any issues with the performance of Photoshop Elements Editor or Organizer, I would suggest that you post the same in the Photoshop Elements Forum.

That way, you will get a quicker and specific response for the same.

    Thanks

SWWells123 has the Editor ever worked on your computer or did you just install it for the first time?

Yes, the Editor did work....but before it would open there was a message stating that a file was missing (MSVCRT10.dll), but Editor would open if I clicked on the "close" button of the message twice.

Instead of doing this every time, I decided to go online and get copy of that file and install it on my computer. After I did that, the message about the file being missing disappeared, but was replaced by the notice about the "FastCore Routines module". Again though, if I click on that message's close button twice, the Editor does open.

I am wondering if I reinstalled Photoshop 10, if it would update the .dll file as it (the MSVCRT10.dll file) was installed after Photoshop 10.

Amy advise you could provide would be appreciated.

    Thank You

    Hi,

FastCore is a plugin. I believe you are getting this message as Photoshop elements 10 is trying to use the plugin that was installed with an older version of the software and hence is not compatible with the latest version.

Do you remember installing a FastCore plugin with the previous versions of the software?

    Thanks
