Photoshop 11

cannot load a version of Photoshop due to serial number conflict.  It is bundled with an Epson Scanner  the number is [removed] for Win 7 system.  What can i do to over ride this?

    This forum is for Cloud "CC" software, not software bundled with hardware... Cloud programs do not use serial numbers at all

    Try http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop

    And turn your SIG LINE off... this is an open forum, not a direct line to Adobe support... "spam bots" troll these forums looking for information to steal

    Sir:

    I am slightly older and losing my eye sight.  My young assistant handed me the disk and I thought the number on the disk was the key and got a glass to read it.  Thus the confusion.  Later I found the proper number on the package.  If you would be so kind as to cancel all the junk I put on your system and the password I used was <Removed by Moderator> if that helps you at all.  Thank you so very much.  I am all fine now.
