I have purchased a new computer and don't know how to get my photoshop to my new computer. This was a CD purchase and i no long have the case with the serial number. How can I do this?

Thanks for your help. I have tried the vitural assisant and it was no help at all.

I presume you're referring to Photoshop Elements 11. That's a completely different product to Photoshop.

If you have a Mac then you will not be able to install it. Modern Macs are not compatible with old software of that vintage. You'll have to upgrade to the current version Elements 2024.

If Windows then you will definitely need your serial number. This can be obtained when you sign in to your Adobe account.
