I own Photoshop elements 15 and need to install on new macbook pro, however the install icon is not available.  Can anyone give me step by step instructions on what needs updated so that I can install on my new macbook air running MacOS Ventura?

@AmyT4537,

Best advice, get modern software that's compatible with newer operating systems. In the end it will cost you less in time, money & aggravation than chasing down a rabbit hole of installing Windows OS on a virtual machine just to support outdated, 8 year old software.  😉

Photoshop Elements 2023.  $AVE 25% until Jan 3!

Hope that helps.

Did you download the installer from your Adobe account or do you have the software on a DVD?

My suggestion would be to purchase the current version as shown above, this would be fully compatible with your computer.

your os doesn't support 32 bit installers used with pse 15.  you need to use a computer with a different os or use a compatible virtual os.

How would I use a compatible virtual os?
