I have looked for agent's help

he told me will send me Photoshop 19.1.9 temp download link to my email address

but 2 days past

I still havent recieved ?

    i used prodesigntools before, i think they give 19.0 not 19.1.9

    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

    save the install file. it won't remain online.
