Good day, I have an old computer with 4 GB of RAM and I would like to download Photoshop 2017, because new versions of Photoshop are not supported on my computer. Please tell me where I can download Photoshop 2017. Is it possible to get old versions of Photoshop for free?

Photoshop 2017 is no longer available for download.

you can download some older installation files, but you can't use any (beyond a possible trial period) for free.  eg, ps cc 2017 would require a current subscription to use.
