Photoshop and Illustrator documents jump around on the screen

My Photoshop and Illustrator documents jump around on the screen. Both programs are up to date. Very frustrating. Any suggestions on how to stop this would be appreciated.

If NVIDIA graphics, try using the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Do a clean installation.

    Hi @Patkau 

    This sounds like a graphics issue.  Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to use the latest Creative Cloud titles. If your device is not compatible, you may experience unusual behaviors.  Optionally, you may need to revert to previous versions.
