Photoshop and Lightroom open with a blank screen after updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Hi,

I recently upgraded from Windows7 to Windowns10 to be able to update Lightroom.

Now, with W10 when I open Lightroom and Photoshop an Adobe pop up opens but it remains blank and it doesn't let me enter my dates.

If I close that window all the program shut down.

    Hi DP,

    As you have mentioned you are unable to use the Adobe CC apps as when you launch them a blank pop up shows up and when close that pop up the app closes with it.

    To resolve this issue please follow the steps given under 'Solution 2' of the following help document: Resolve installation failure | Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
