Photoshop and Premiere Elements 15 download location?

So I recently just bought the adobe photoshop elements 15 and the adobe premiere elements 15 combo from Best Buy and I went to download it on my computer but I have a Mac without a disc drive so I used the link they gave with the redemption code but after I put the code in it gave me two other codes but no download link to download the software onto my computer. What should I do?
