Thank you for the update, @Exuberant_brainf35e.

I can understand the frustration here. You’ve already put quite a bit of effort into troubleshooting, and having Photoshop and Premiere Pro continue to sit at “Waiting” without a clear error doesn’t give you much to work with.

Thanks, @kglad for suggesting the Creative Cloud desktop app reset.

One thing I’d like to clarify: is this computer or the network you’re connected to managed by a school, business, or other organization? I don’t see an active Creative Cloud subscription associated with the account you’re posting from, so that information may help us better understand the installation environment.

I’d also recommend checking the Creative Cloud installation logs for a fatal error or error code associated with the installation attempt. You can find Adobe’s instructions here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/error-codes-and-messages/find-check-installation-logs.html

If you find a fatal error or error code, please post it here after removing any personal information, and we can take a closer look, @Exuberant_brainf35e.

first try resetting the cc app:

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
