Photoshop CC 2015 does not update since 2 days. The Update of Lightroom did work yesterday.

The error message I get does state that the updated fails because the downloaded files could not be extracted. I should click repeat. (U44M1I210)

I am unsure about the character before the 2. It might be a I or a l 🙂

I clicked repeat (Wiederholen) several times yesterday and today, but it does not help.

I would try to delete the downloaded file If I would know where to find it.

I am running Windows 10.

Das Problem scheint behoben, im Chat habe ich eben erfahren, welche Folder ich löschen soll bevor ich die Cloud neu installiere. Die Cloud läuft jetzt und installiert erst mal Lightroom

Thank you, but this did not help.

I am the administrator for this PC and I even tried to close the Cloud and start it as Administrator with no success.

Or does it mean, even being the only user and the administrator I need to create a new account to update the cloud?
