Photoshop CC 2015 PROBLEM

Hi, I have a subscription photoshop annual CC with a cost of 9.99 € per month ..

Trying to upgrade from Photoshop CC 2014 to CC 2015 rather than update dumped me a CC 2015 trial.

So I uninstalled both CC 2014 and CC 2015 and then re-download my package ..

If i download my package CC2015 saying that it is not envisaged in my plan.

I can not download CC 2014 and are left without photoshop.

I made regular payments.

How can I do?? I followed all procedures and tried in many ways but I can not activate my photoshop CC.

confirm that your account is current (and that the adobe id used in the next step is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

then, if it is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used with the above link:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
