Photoshop CC 2017 download corrupt - what to do?

I'm not sure if this question belongs in the Photoshop forum or in the CC forum.  After repeated failures for CC downloads, including in safe mode with the firewall down, I had my router replaced based on error code 205.  This seemed to do the trick; I was able to actually bring up the CC box ans see what new updates were available.  Updates to my apps were started, but an error message appears saying the Photoshop CC 2017 download appears corrupt.  Bridge appears to have been updated okay.  Details on the Photoshop download corruption were not available - no Adobe error code was given.  Attempts at retrys were done both in normal and safe modes. How can the Photoshop CC 2017 update be accomplished?
