Photoshop CC 2017 - Error 105

Good day, noticed following screen error during attempt to reinstall all softwares  - Photoshop / Lightroom / Bridge - with English International as app language:

Exit Code: 105

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

FATAL: Failed to open PIM database.

FATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 105 error message

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Option "Portugues do Brasil"was a previous installed language.

Actions so far:

1) completely uninstall using Adobe CC Cleaner Tool;

2) new download and install of Adobe Creative Cloud and softwares,

3) Computer system: macOS Sierra version 10.12.3 over a Mac mini station

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hey there are 3 solutions please check them all to see whicj one will help you.

i added them with links to help you more

Solution 1: Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, and then reinstall it

Solution 2: Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool

  • In the CC Cleaner Tool, choose option 3: Creative Cloud 2015, Creative Cloud 2014, Creative Cloud & CS6 Products. Then choose option 1: Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

  • Rename the following OOBE folders to OOBE.old:

    Windows
    • \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    • \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Mac OS /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

Solution 3: Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using an administrator account

Create a new local user account with administrator privileges, and log in using that account. Then download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
