Kristofr83637893 thank you for the update.  Please complete the following steps to update the registry permissions:

  1. Open registry editor under elevated prompt.
  2. Click the registry key that you see in the error mentioned in the message.
  3. On the Edit menu, click Permissions.
  4. Under Group or user names, click the user to whom you want to grant full control of the registry key.
  5. Under Permissions for name, where name represents the name of the user to whom you are granting full control of the key, select the Allow check box for Full Control.
  6. If you are not able to grant the permissions, check the owner of the registry. Change it from “System” to the user account with which you are logged in.

Kristofr83637893 Error 160/C160 occurs when the installer does not have the required access to the necessary registry keys. You can find more details on the error at Troubleshoot errors using Creative Cloud log files​.

Please make sure you are competing the process listed in Download and install Creative Cloud apps when installing Photoshop CC 2017 for evaluation.  If you continue to encounter any additional errors then please post the error message from the install log to this discussion.

This is the error message that I got:
