Photoshop CC 2017 update failed with error 160

Not sure if it may have something to do with the problem, but I had just finished the trial period and signed up with a subscription for Creative Cloud.

I then found there was an update for Photoshop CC (2017)

It goes all the way through to 100% but then fails. The details when I click more information are:

Exit Code: 160
