Photoshop CC 2018 dropped. No advance notice. No help from Adobe

Adobe expects Creative Cloud customers to have modern equipment and software, no more than 2 versions back. 

Current Creative Cloud software requirements are listed below for each application.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements.

• Windows 11 (64 bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
• macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD

Power Mac - really? As I understand it, the last version of Photoshop that could run on a Power Mac was CS2, way back in 2005. What is the exact computer and model, and version of Mac OS? Maybe a screenshot of About This Mac will make things clear.
