Photoshop CC (2018) - Leading uncontrolably jumps to huge numbers

It doesnt matter if i use arrows to bump the number or scrub with the mouse, but the leading jump up to huge numbers, no adjustment control exists except for using the dropdown which is garbage when you need to be exact. Adobe - fix this.

seems the only workaround for now is editing the leading via the properties panel... not backwards compatible though

CC 2018 type leading going haywire

Re-installing CC 2017 for this, until this is fixed

I am having the same problem plus a little more. I get the huge numbers in both baseline shift and leading. A bigger problem for me is that I can't create a new document and get the text tool to work in the first place. But I do have two work arounds that are pretty simple. One is just use CC 2017. But I found that if I import a Photoshop file with text that was created with an older version of Photoshop all of a sudden the text tools work perfectly in CC 2018.

I'm having the same issue. Can not use arrow keys or type in a numerical value. The only workaround I found so far is to redo the typography from scratch (which takes a very long time since I work in dozens of documents at the same time). But then the problem comes back as soon as I quit and reopen the problem. This has slowed down my workflow a lot. Please fix soon.

Mine drops to zero with the arrow or scrub, and jumps to random numbers when I try to type!

After opening PS and using the leading this morning, it seems that this problem has been corrected, and the leading tool is functioning as expected.

I'm also experiencing this. Additionally, I can't type a number into the leading box. Doing so adds the second number I type to the end of the current value, and when I hit enter I get the old "Invalid numeric entry. A number between 0.02 Points and 11737.09 Points is required. Restored last valid value."

Please fix ASAP I need this tool to do my job.
