Photoshop CC did not download

Using the desktop Download Center I attempted to download Photoshop CC. It took a mere few seconds and then shows it is there. It is actually not there. How do I reset or obtain the ability to redownload the app?

You needn't worry – an Adobe staff member just posted you that link, and it is completely legitimate and authentic... 

We are longtime Adobe partners, and all of those CC direct links are downloaded straight from Adobe's servers.
