Photoshop CC does not download in CC desktop app

When starting the download of Photoshop CC, a window appears with CC Desktop App to send the download to. After that the desktop app starts, but the download does not appear in the app. Actually there is even no menue for the apps inside the CC app. Waited a whole day, but nothing happend. Does anybody, why the app menue is missing in the CC desktop app? If i press the "App installing button" nothing happens, too.

    Had to install the Adobe Package Installer Tool and use the File Wave Admin tool to download Photoshop. Now it works!

    Thanks for the fast reply, but didn’t solve the problem. There is no App menue in CC Desktop App and after confirming the download auf Photoshop CC nothing happpens.
