Photoshop CC Download

Hi,

After using trialling PSCC for 30 days I decided to buy the $19.99 version. I paid for it, have the receipt and followed the instructions on screen which said 'press the download trial button." I did this and it said trial expired. I finished up on another screen which had a blue button 'Download.' I pressed this and it takes me back to a previous page so now I am going around in circles. Tried to phone the 1800 number and sat on a mobile listening to hold music for half an hour. Can anyone advise me how to get what I paid for onto my computer. I need to use PSCC this afternoon. Best Regards, David

David,

Other than suggest you completely uninstall the expired version with the Uninstaller and then run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool BEFORE attempting to install Photoshop CC, I can't help you with your installation problems.

However, you should be aware that you didn't "buy" anything.  You signed up to a monthly subscription and paid the first month's rent.  That's all.

When you stop the monthly payments, the software becomes deactivated.  You own nothing now, and you never will.

Good luck!

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I did already realise about the renting bit.

It was a slip of the tongue.

Best Regards,

David Johnson
