Photoshop CC download fails.

Question

Tried updating from Photoshop 2015 to 2017 via CC and it fails every time.

Already disabled AV on the PC and also tried updating in Safe Mode to no avail.

Error msg is:

as Exit Code: 117

I also have the DLM file that I can share if it will help.

This only seems to happen to Photoshop 2017. All other apps updated or installed via CC with no problems.

I am ready to go back to Photoshop 2015 but do not know how to get it from CC.
