Photoshop CC final upgrade today V19.1

hi, i have downloaded the upgrade of photoshop cc today, the program crash continuously, now I try to install the previous version, someone has happened???

    HI PhotoStudio%2B,

    As you have mentioned you would like to install previous version of Photoshop CC which was 19.0, as the latest one crashes when used. You can install it using your Creative Cloud desktop app.

    Please launch your CC desktop app and go to settings wheel in the top right corner> Click 'Preferences' > Click 'Creative Cloud' > now click the check box for 'Show older apps'
