Photoshop CC Free Trail Download

I am using my mac and I downloaded the adobe correctly and everything. I am now trying to download the Photoshop CC Free trail from the Adobe App-thing. But it just stays at 0% and doesn't go up. It's crashed a few times.

Please help!
