I have currently Photoshop CC running on my desktop pc, now I am thinking of buying additionally a new laptop or macbook to work out of the house on my pictures. Can I use my current CC membership to install photoshop CC as well on the laptop? with a macbook I have to buy a new license? how does it work?

As long as the Mac meets the system requirements you can use your Cloud software on it.  With a Cloud subscription you can have two machines with working installations and they can use either or both platforms.
