Photoshop CC & Lightroom CC reverting to Trial

I had a power failure a few days ago since then when I try to open Photoshop or Lightroom the message I get is do I want to try the trial versions. I have had a subscription to both apps for over 10 years.

When I open Creative Cloud app I see under both apps that they are up to date and then the revert to trial version. 

I have chatted with Adobe and they want me to download an app so they can share my screen which I declined. I have an older Mac and have been using Photoshop CC v19.19.
