Photoshop CC not installing on Windows 10

I don't know how adobe forums work so sorry if I put this in the wrong place or something.

I just got windows 10 and completely restarted my computer a couple of days ago. I tried to install Photoshop, but it only gets to a certain percentage and then it says couldn't install. Heres what shows when I click "Learn More" on why it failed to install :
