Photoshop CC offline installation fail

Dear support team,

        for security reason,my company not allow computer connect internet.So I download PS CC2017 offline installation pack to install. I ask the administrator open internet access privileg when I install,But when i click set-up.the installation GUI didn’t appered, and a warning happend: the installation cannot countinue as the installer,file maybe damaged,Download the installer file again.

        By the way,before that, I have tried to us creatvie cloud,but download speed is zero.

        I try to use the same program at home,everything is ok, is there something miss or I must install some program before i install PS CC2107?

Internet is required to Sign in during installation. Check with IT Administrator , if you can connect the computer to Internet for while untill the installation is completed.
